HEYYYYYYYY !!!!!! guys it’s Monday and the start of a new week again. I know you had a relaxing weekend …maybe but now it’s time to get your head back in the game. Number one rule to fitness is (never miss Monday). why ? you may ask , well I’m here to tell you. Monday is the start of the week so you want to start the week of right and get your body and mind into the momentum of being active. It all starts on Monday , don’t ever miss Monday…unless you had a very serious emergency.
