Another day and another push to your goals. If you wanna gain muscle lift big,  if you want to lose weight control your eating habits as well as do high interval fitness. 

High interval meaning workouts that keep you moving. Pretty much a circuit to keep your heart rate up.

Wanna get pumped , up your calorie intake and lift heavy. You can do anything you put your mind to you got this. It’s a New Year and new beginning to reach the body you’ve always wanted !. If no one else cares, just know that  I care 😊 and want to see you lose weight or see you achieve muscle gain.

Keep your mind focused and stay positive. 

Dreams come to reality 

Hey everyone,  been a while since I’ve posted on here. I just wanted to share what my recent days have been like.  So I recently just started attending Advanced training institute. Which is a school that trains you and gives classes leading up to you getting NASM and fitness training certified. It’s been a awesome experience so far and I love every minute of it. I’ve learned so much being there. One thing I wanted to share that I think would be helpful is they made us download this app called musclematics. It basically is a app that shows you different workouts with video demonstrations. As well as show youngest muscle the workout activates and hits.

Ati is a great school and the program there is great. All the instructors are either trainers or own there own business in Fitness.

Here’s to 2017 being a successful. Happy and very fit year for everyone. To start the year of right don’t forget to do your first workout of the New Year. Get your mind in the game and reach those goals. Be fierce and persistent. As long as you’re alive it’s never to late.

Holiday wellness

Hey,  all my friends out there. I just want to start off by saying HAPPY HOLIDAYS!.  Christmas is almost here and I hope your tree’s are filled with gifts.

Chase the dream 💪

Hey fitness freaks and geeks how are you all today.  I hope you’re feeling as good as I am. I just wanna share a little bit of what has happened to me lately with my progress and me making this blog. I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to what I ultimately want to achieve. I have seen and gotten compliments on my gains and it feels good to work hard and to have people notice it. I want you all to have this same feeling I have right now deep in my heart. As well as the few like I get here on my blog I read appreciate it I really do.  It makes me feel like I’m doing what I want to do and that giving inspiration to other people to stay fit and live a healthy life.
